Colin

Colin has been our great friend and has had a lot of changes in his life since we met. Colin's life was lonely and needed some friends to come along side of him. We met Colin through code compliance. Colin's yard and porch needed some work. We helped with the back yard as well. That was when Colin began attending Faith Bible Church.

 Colin's friends have given him rides, helped him with paperwork, taught him how to budget, and encouraged him. He has always had a grateful heart.












Once the work was all done, his house looked great. Soon after, our partner, Habitat for Humanity came in and fixed some of the interior and gave Colin great encouragement.

 Colin had a lot of damage from the hail storm in 2010 and needed his house painted.

Colin has been our great advocate and ambassador in the neighborhood. He has encouraged other neighbors to get to know Faith Bible Church, he has helped to encourage them to start a block watch, he has helped his friends with small things he could do, and walked the neighborhood to get to know people and to talk with them. He is a great asset to us and the neighborhood.
